If you are unhappy with your merchandise you have 30 days to return it to Pinky Toes from your purchase date. We will refund the item once we have received it. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless you received a defective product or the wrong items was sent. Any items custom monogrammed is non-refundable unless defective. We do accept exchanges and we do not charge a restocking fee, however, the customer is responsible for shipping of the original item/items as well as the new merchandise shipping fees.
