Carmen Miller, a dynamic mother of 4 young children, often dreamed of the perfect birthday party for her little girls. In turn, her girls created their own dream. Parents and kids everywhere envisioned a similar but always illusive idea — a celebration to experience together, fondly remember and share forever.

So Carmen Miller, long frustrated by not being able to find the ideal party, finally decided to design it!

She called it Pinky Toes Party Palace ... all you need for the prettiest, most wonderful, flawlessly packaged, complete dream-birthday that you and your daughter can imagine.

Pinky Toes delivers near-perfection, from the big picture to the smallest detail. Birthday events like they ought to be: relaxing, all-inclusive gatherings that parents can actually enjoy and share with their children.

Before creating Pinky Toes, Miller, like most mothers, grew tired of all the same boring, cardboard-pizza, grocery-store-cake parties. She no longer enjoyed cruising the craft store aisles for creative inspiration.

She was frustrated throwing parties that were all work, no play and never any fun for parents who were always too busy to stop and enjoy them with their children and friends — even a little.

She was done with moonwalk, magician and pony parties that left her and husband exhausted, broke and unfulfilled.
